Dance Photographer

 

Click on photo for slideshow		 I just love dancing!  As an ex dancer I can appreciate the fluidity, expression and artistry that dance is all about.  The discipline and commitment that dance demands is evident in the way the body of a dancer is trained to flow with the music.  Having had 14 years training and experience as a ballet, jazz, contemporary, freestyle and ballroom dancer I can fully understand the high degree of creativity that dance photographs needs to illustrate.  
 

Having completed projects for the Northern Ballet Theatre, the Dance Week for the York Arts Council, the Minster Project, and several dancers' portfolio's. I feel I have an understanding and a love of how to capture dance as an art form.

Capturing dance images artistically and with impact is what I hope to achieve in all my dance projects.  Whether it be classical ballet, contemporary jazz, Latin, ballroom, hip hop, modern or traditional I'm up for the challenge!
