Children are such a joy to photograph especially when they are in a comfortable setting.  I love to capture them in a natural way, like playing in the park, prancing around a studio or showing off their toys in their own bedrooms.  Kids enjoying performing for the camera and parents simply love the results from natural unforced studio sessions.

Being a mother of two young lively children, I fully understand that most children find it hard to sit still for long periods of time and they will give you their best when they are happy and content. Therefore I have adopted another approach.  I aim to make their experiences of having their photo taken fun, relaxed and enjoyable. I achieve this by handling them with care, patiently encouraging them and enthusing them positive prompting.

In-hospital Birth Portraits

(Taken when baby was 45 minutes old) 		A In-hospital Birth Portrait is a collection of images of  baby's birth and their very first breaths of life. Captured during the labor and delivery (Mom's modesty is sensitively considered), and the very first few days Mom and baby are still in hospital; these beautiful memories are artistically preserved for you to treasure forever.

Photographing a baby's birth is a passion for me.  What an awesome miracle to be a witness to!  To be able to share the emotional moments with Mom and Dad is a huge privilege.  My presence allows new parents to focus on their new arrival without having to worry about photographing these fleeting memories.

My primary goal is to record all the excitement, the emotion, the happy tears and joyful laughter.  It's the capture of the milestones of Dad cutting the cord, the printing of baby's first tiny footprints, Grandma and Grandpa's very first glimpse of their grandchild - all the things Mom misses during her recovery directly after delivery. Birth's are unpredictable by nature and so I work closely with the parents and keep my cell phone close by for a last minute rush to the hospital.  Baby's very first cry, first bath, first feed, first visit from friends and family all remembered especially for you, and presented to you in a slideshow set to music the very next day whilst you are still in hospital.

Join our Baby Bundle Club - My First Year

Witness and document the magical and wondrous changes that takes place during baby’s first year of life. Artistically preserve these special memories for you to treasure in years to come.

Our Baby Club provides for 6 studio sessions over the period of baby’s first year, with the bonus of a FREE Maternity session. Sessions will be arranged for when baby is newborn (0-3 weeks), 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months (plus your maternity session). At the end of baby’s first year you will be presented with a GIFT of a stunning Brag Album, a wonderful compilation of your memories.
